Q: Why did I lose my rank?
A: Four of our ranks (Eternal, Phoenix, Reaper, and Pyro) are 60 day vouchers meaning you buy it and use it for 60 days and then you can either buy it again or upgrade to a different rank. This allows us to keep the rank prices cheaper and gives you more flexibility to try other ranks. Also each rank's duration is listed on the rank's listing in the webstore.

Q: Do ranks transfer across seasons?
A: Yes! Ranks transfer across from season to season as long as you have time left on your rank (if applicable).
